Store Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days upon delivery. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same NEW condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and resalable packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Electronic items
  • Special Orders

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization number. Without both of these items. We will refuse delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They will not accept it.

We are not responsible for shipping damage on items returned. We highly recommend shipping insurance!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In the event of a broken product. We also reserve the right to repair items and send them back. Or at the request of the customer. Send them replacement parts to conduct the repair themselves. Roof Top Tents, Racks and other large products may qualify for this. We will work with you and the manufacture to get the item repaired as quickly as possible.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Some items may have a restocking fee. This depends on the item. Please send us a email for further questions.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@offroadcampingsupplies.com

To return your product,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Your address may be supplied to outside vendors for the purpose of shipping only. They do not retain that information on file. Unless you specifically ask us to.

We do not collect data with the intent to sell. We simply do not allow that! We do not data mine for resale. We do not like it ourselves.
